After what I was sure would be the longest 3 years, my parents are back. I can't believe how fast the last 3 years went. I have a lot of mixed emotions having them home. I really grew to love the area they lived in and as weird as it sounds, it somewhat felt like home.
My parents had an amazing experience, one I'm sure they will never forget and to be honest, made some of the best friends they will ever have. I truly wouldn't be surprised if one day they end up back in Washington. I'm just grateful there are Grandkids in the family, otherwise, I am pretty sure my Dad would have convinced my Mom to stay. Welcome Home Mom and Dad!
